Welcome Cocktail | Fresh Juice and Virgin Mojito

Snacks: crispy calamari, brochette poulet sauce satay, half moon aux légumes, moule gratiné sauce mornay

Starter: verrine de crevette aux legumes confit/vinaigrette de framboise

Salade: Stuffed tomato with salade russe, coleslaw salad

Main course: hanche de poulet grillé tandoori, brochette crevette géante green thai curry spice, lamd roasted with pepper sauce, grill chicken and lamb merguez, fish fillet grilled with lemon and honey sauce, saffron rice with raisin parsley seasoned with celery salt, garlic bread, seafood gratin, gratin veg

Condiment: roast beef green pepper sauce, mango and pineapple thai chili sauce, texas barbecue sauce, ketchup, mayonnaise.
